Naturpic Video Cutter is a powerful tool to cut large AVI, MPEG, WMV, ASF, MOV, QT file into smaller clips in various format and enables you to add over 50 effects to your video file. It provides a built-in preview that allows you to select the section as you view the clip. You can use this software to extract segments or convert a single video file. It comes with fast speed and supports a lot of popular movie formats, such as AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2 (NTSC/PAL options for DVD, VCD, SVCD), WMV, ASF, Real Media and Quick Time formats. Since version 4.0 it is able to save animated GIF file. The interface is very user-friendly and easy-to-use.

Naturpic Video Cutter supports the following video formats:
AVI: Standard AVI (uncompressed), MPEG4, DivX, XviD and more, it depends on the codec installed on your computer.
MPEG: Custom MPEG1, MPEG2 format and NTSC VCD, NTSC SVCD, NTSC DVD, PAL VCD, PAL SVCD, PAL DVD.
WMV: WMV, ASF, ASX and all Windows Media Video formats.
